    Business Analyst - Salesforce CRM

Magazine's "25 Companies That Are Changing The World" is changing the world and is looking for a talented, innovative, team-oriented associate that makes DEG more than the sum of its parts.  The Salesforce CRM Business Analyst will deliver Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Platform implementation projects through providing business process and technology implementation consulting.  He/she will be responsible for developing project requirements and specifications documentation, Salesforce CRM/Platform configuration, and maintaining client relationships. The successful candidate will be able to deliver Salesforce CRM and Platform projects knowledgeably and in scope, on time, and within budget, while exceeding client expectations.     • Deliver Salesforce CRM and Platform implementation projects
    • Provide Salesforce CRM business process and technology consulting
    • Define solution definition and architecture
    • Lead and perform requirements and specifications documentation
    • Lead and perform Salesforce system configuration
    • Coach junior resources


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Proven success implementing Salesforce CRM a number of times, preferably for multiple companies
    • 6-10+ years of related professional experience
    • 2 or more years of Salesforce CRM experience
    • Ability to lead and effectively manage discussions including communicating requirements to a wide range of audiences
    • Must work well with a variety of individuals, and display client and internal team leadership
    • Organized and a problem solver
    • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
