  • Write modular and maintainable HTML, CSS, and Javascript for mid to large scale websites
  • Clearly communicate technical concepts to project teams to help deliver high quality design, business, and strategic outcomes
  • Be an active member of the front-end team and help improve team skills, tools, and processes
  • Provide project level estimates and maintain an awareness of the budget throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assess design direction/business requirements for feasibility and possible implementation and performance issues
  • Maintain design integrity across various screens, devices, and CMS use cases
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and commitments




  • 1-5 years of demonstrated, professional front-end experience
  • The ability to collaborate across teams & build professional relationships with managers, peers, and stakeholders
  • A willingness to continually learn diverse technologies, techniques and front-end topics
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript and can develop performant and maintainable front-end solutions
  • A working knowledge of browser/client discrepancies and supported features
  • Experience in modular web design, preferably Atomic Design and Pattern Lab
  • An interest in sharing your contributions and teaching others through team meetings, code reviews, blogging, and presenting
  • Knowledge of website performance considerations and performance tooling
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors
  • Working knowledge of pure Javascript without a heavy reliance on libraries and frameworks
  • Familiarity with an Ecommerce platform, including Commerce Cloud (Demandware) or Magento
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems, including Umbraco or Sitecore
