DEG is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support DEG’s Business Development team. The Sales Coordinator provides administrative support, backup, and coordination to more senior level roles within the Business Development team for activities related to approved projects. In this role, the Sales Coordinator will ensure that the Business Development team has a library of sales support material, such as contract templates, case studies, and proposal templates as well as supporting a variety of tasks related to reporting and client communications.
Our Sales Coordinators are client facing and hands-on. They provide a variety of support services to help Business Development Directors improve their productivity and spend more time selling. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day coordination tasks and documentation including maintaining timelines, writing meeting and project summaries, and conducting research with as-needed guidance from senior staff. Sales Coordinators communicate updates to the sales team and clients on progress of initiatives to ensure results are delivered on time, on budget and on target.
